A. Our quotation does not include cargo insurance and destination local charge. Door to Door Service includes only the destination terminal charges and delivery charges, tax and insurance are not included.
B. Customers can buy Cargo Transportation Insurance on their own. You also can entrust us to purchase Cargo Transportation Insurance. In this case, you must provide full set of documents, such as invoice, packing list, entrust letter to buy insurance and so on.
C. Shipper shall ensure safe packing for their cargo shipment. Packing must be in line with transport requirements. We will not responsible for any lost if cargos are damaged or partially lost due to packing problem, no matter the external package is damaged or not.
D. If any damage or shortage was found in the airport cargo terminal when pick up the cargos, please ask for correlation certificates immediately from the airport. Once the cargos are picked away, it means that the right of claim is abandoned. You cannot make a claim to any part. Once started claim procedures, you must follow strictly the airlines claim procedures. You cannot take a claim as excuse to delay in payment or reduce freight charge.
E. For a shipment delay caused by force majeure, (such as bad weather, natural and man-made disaster, war, political issue and so on), we are not responsible for it.
F. If require prepay other charge ( except tariff ) , we will charge 3% of the total prepay expense as prepaied fee.
